La pand\u00e9mie COVID-19 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 l\u2019importance des directions d\u2019\u00e9tablissement scolaire en mati\u00e8re de gestion de crise (Constantia et al., 2023; Martinez et al., 2021). Cependant, les directions d\u00e9clarent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre insuffisamment pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces situations complexes (Bishop et al., 2015; Gainey, 2009).
