Les pauses actives (PA) sont de courts temps d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique utilis\u00e9s principalement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire et dirig\u00e9s par l\u2019enseignant\u00b7e dans sa salle de classe. Leur objectif est de faire bouger les \u00e9l\u00e8ves durant cinq \u00e0 quinze minutes de mani\u00e8re quotidienne ou plurihebdomadaire.
